  Valeriy V. Bogdanov: a partner and founding member of “B & B Law Office”. Attorney, member of the Odessa Regional Bar Association since 1996. Practice areas: marine casualties including collisions, pollution and personal injury cases, ship arrest, charter party disputes, litigation and arbitration, enforcement of arbitration awards and court judgments.

 Education: Moscow Military Institute of the Ministry of Defence (Law Department), Odessa State University (Master’s Degree in Law), Odessa Marine University. Completed Management Training Program in UK (London).

 Career: Before establishing B & B Law Office Valeriy Bogdanov practiced as a lawyer at Odessa Commercial Sea Port. Headed the legal department of Dias Co. Ltd., a local P&I Clubs’ correspondent, later detached into Dias Legal Firm.

 In 2010 the Lawyers’ Union of Ukraine awarded Valeriy Bogdanov with a Letter of Commendation for substantial contribution to the development of the jural state and strengthening of law and order.
